Since 2000 Iron Stone has acquired and developed over $150 million in real
estate projects and consistently delivered market-beating returns to our
investors. Over the years Iron Stone has expanded its financial capacity,
added new talent to its staff, and positioned itself to take on larger and
more ambitious projects. In 2006 we raised Iron Stone
Real Estate Investment Fund I, a $10 million pool of capital that was quickly committed in new investment
